Return & Refund Policy

Manzanita Outfitters has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to request a return. Items may be returned for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Opened items will carry a 20% restocking fee. Return requests after 30 days will be at the sole discretion of Manzanita Outfitters. Returns after 30 days will incur a 30% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, (including packing material, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools, manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@manzanitaoutfitters.com. All return shipments must display a Return Authorization Number provided by Manzanita Outfitters printed clearly on the outside of the package. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label to place on your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or packaging is damaged causing damage to the item, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:

  • Bows
  • Cut Arrows and Shafts
  • Arrow Shafts
  • Strings
  • Setup Fees are final; No refunds.

Bows, arrows, shafts, inserts, and tips do not carry any warranty by Manzanita and cannot be returned. 

Bows are not returnable. Bow sales are final. Bow and arrow warranties will be honored at the manufacturer’s discretion. Manzanita is not responsible for the manufacturer’s warranty including any and all shipping costs.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Closeouts, Clearance, Final Sale items, or gift cards.

Our acceptance of a return package does not constitute approval of a returned item for refund or replacement. Approval of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of Manzanita Outfitters as to the policies of returns.

Manzanita Outfitters reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged, or un-sellable for any reason.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if Manzanita has made an error. All COD returns will be refused. 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@manzanitaoutfitters.com.
