Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Ground shipping on orders of $99 or more to addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). A "Free Shipping" option will be provided during checkout for qualifying orders. Certain items on our website indicate “Available In Store Only,” which means they can only be purchased at our physical store in Simi Valley, California.
ORDER PROCESSING
Ground Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to an additional 7 business days for delivery. Please note that delays are possible during peak season shopping days or promotional events. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PT or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are considered Tuesday through Saturday and do not include holidays.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited orders are not eligible for free shipping. If you select expedited shipping at check-out, you will be charged an expedited shipping rate, and your order will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 12:00 p.m. PT. Orders will be shipped out the following day if received after 12:00 p.m. PT. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday unless Tuesday is a holiday. We are closed and do not ship on Mondays.
Alaska & Hawaii
We offer USPS & UPS service to Alaska & Hawaii. In most cases, USPS is the most economical shipping method. While expedited shipping is available, transit times cannot be guaranteed.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
All products are shipped from our physical store in Simi Valley, California unless designated as a dropship item from the manufacturer. Transit time within the U.S. can vary depending on the selected method, destination, product availability, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Typically, packages arrive at their destination within 7-10 business days.
Estimated delivery dates don't apply to:
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and rural areas
- Shipments made to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and International addresses
- Products that must be shipped ground: Hazardous, Oversize and Truck Ship
- Products that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer
SHIPMENT NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your shipment is on the way. You will receive a second email when your order is out for delivery. A final email will inform you that your order has been delivered.
Order Tracking
We encourage you to track your order online. You can view your order status and tracking information via the Order Status page by clicking the link in the notification emails or viewing the order within My Account. Please note that tracking information often takes 24-48 hours to update with the carrier.
