The Bear Archery Legit features a highly versatile dual-cam configuration that allows you to adjust the draw length and weight with a standard Allen wrench, completely eliminating the need for a bow press.
Below are the official performance specs, adjustment mechanics, and component configurations for the bow:
Core Performance Specifications

The baseline factory configuration for the core platform adheres to these specifications:
  • Axle-to-Axle (ATA): 30 inches
  • Brace Height: 6.25 inches
  • Let-Off: 75%
  • IBO Speed Rating: Up to 315 feet per second
  • Bare Bow Mass Weight: 3.6 to 3.8 lbs
  • Bowstring Length: 58 7/8 inches
  • Buss Cable Length: 31 7/16 inches
Adjustability Configuration

  • Draw Length (14" to 30"): Adjusted directly via the rotating modules on the upper and lower cams. To adjust, you simply loosen the module screws, rotate the modules symmetrically to your desired length number stamped on the cam, and re-tighten.
  • Draw Weight (10 to 70 lbs): Configured by turning the limb bolts clockwise to increase weight or counter-clockwise to decrease it. Important Safety Rule: According to the official Bear Archery Owner's Manual, you must never back the limb bolts out more than 10 full turns from the completely bottomed-out position.
Ready-to-Hunt (RTH) Package Accessories

If you purchased the standard factory-configured bundle, it ships pre-equipped with a full suite of Trophy Ridge accessories:
  • Sight: Joker 4-pin fiber optic sight
  • Rest: Whisker Biscuit full-containment arrow rest
  • Quiver: 5-Spot arrow quiver
  • Stabilizer: Static stabilizer with wrist sling
  • String Components: Pre-installed no-tie peep sight and standard D-loop.
Are you configuring this bow for a specific user (like a youth shooter or an adult), or do you need help calculating the proper draw length setting based on a physical measurement?
